Hill Golf attaches great importance to a safe and fast delivery of the products you have purchased. That is why we work together with various parcel services (such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS etc.) to deliver your orders carefully. All orders are packed by our employees themselves and delivered to the relevant parcel service. In this way we can guarantee that your order is always packed safely.

Speed ​​of delivery
For most products, orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. In addition, the majority of items that we do not have in stock have a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days. If the delivery time takes longer, this will always be communicated in a timely manner.

When is my order shipped?
As soon as your order is packed, you will automatically receive the Track & Trace code of your package by email.

Which days are the packages collected from us?
Every working day, a parcel service collects our packages. These are then delivered to you the next working day.

Conditions:
The ordered items must be in stock (if this is not the case, we will always communicate this first)
We send all our items, including small items and gift vouchers, via parcel post. This is because there is no Track & Trace code available for letterbox post, which means we cannot track the shipment.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?
As soon as we have collected and prepared your order, you will receive an email from us with all shipping information.

My package has still not arrived, what now?
In any case, you must always take into account a delivery period of 1 to 3 working days (unless otherwise communicated). This is the margin that the parcel service uses. If you want to know where your package is, please contact the parcel service first. Always keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code of your package. If this does not help you, you can of course always contact us.

Can I also collect my order?
You can choose to pick up your order at a pick-up location of the relevant parcel service. When checking out, you can choose the pick-up location of your choice.
