RETURNS
It is of course always possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or has been damaged during transport. At Hill Golf you have 14 days after delivery to register an item for return. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us. If your return shipment meets the conditions (see below), you can then have the purchase amount refunded to your account within 14 working days.
Check
When you receive your order, it is important that you check the order for any damage and completeness. If you discover anything, we ask you to report this to us no later than 48 hours after receipt.
Inspection period
When you make an online purchase at Hill Golf, you have an inspection period of 14 days after receiving the order. You may return the item to us without giving a reason. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Products must be returned undamaged and - as far as possible - in the original packaging. We therefore always advise you to carefully open the original packaging so that you can use it to return the products.

How does returning work?
- You inform us in advance as soon as you want to return an order. You send an email to info@hill.nl.
- If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
- You return your order by registered mail (and possibly insured) (return costs are at your own expense).
- Orders with a value of more than €500 must be returned insured.
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us as soon as we have received your order.
- You have 14 days to report a product return, then 14 days to actually return the product.
Returning an order
We advise you to send your order via Parcel Post services by registered mail so that the package can be traced at all times with a Track & Trace number. Items with a value higher than €500 must be sent insured. Packages that you have not sent by registered mail cannot be traced. You cannot rely on anything in that case.
We process return shipments in the order in which they are received.
As soon as we process your return, you will immediately receive an email from us. You will also receive information about the (possible) refund that we will carry out.
Costs for returning
Hill Golf does not charge any costs for processing a return. You only pay the shipping costs of the return.
Refund
As soon as your return arrives, we will check it for completeness. Products will be examined for any damage. If your return is complete and the items are neat and undamaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Refunds are made via the payment method you used. If you paid with iDeal, for example, we will refund the full purchase amount to the bank account with which you made the iDeal payment. Depending on the payment method you chose, the refund will be visible to you again within 7 days.
